Compute Fourier eigenfunctions on [0,1].
The Fourier basis consists of:
- φ_1(t) = 1
- φ_{2k}(t) = √2 cos(2πkt) for k = 1, 2, …
- φ_{2k+1}(t) = √2 sin(2πkt) for k = 1, 2, …
§Arguments
t - Evaluation points in [0,1]
m - Number of eigenfunctions

FdMatrix of size len(t) × m
