A visitor that will decompact identifiers in an OBO document.

Usage

The decompactor will follow the rules from the OBO specification:

• if the document declares an IDSpace prefix p that maps to an Url u, Prefixed identifiers {p}:{id} will be replaced by URLs identifiers {u}{id}.
• if the document does not declare an IDSpace p', Prefixed identifiers {p}:{id} with be replaced by URLs identifiers http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/{p'}_{id}.
