The name prefix that the instrumentation reserves.
The prelude declares ACTIVE_FUNCTION and HIT_FUNCTION at the top
level of each instrumented file. A source that declares a binding with one
of these two names, at any scope, gives MutationError::ReservedName,
because that binding would replace or shadow the prelude function. Other
names with this prefix do not give an error now. Do not use names with
this prefix in project code, because a later prelude can use them.
