Compare JS/TS sources for audit-safe reuse of the current analysis at base.

Token kinds retain identifiers and ordinary literal values. Template and regex token kinds omit content, so their raw source spans must also match. Whole-template comparison conservatively rejects formatting changes inside interpolation expressions. The boolean is forwarded as tokenizer skip_imports.
