Expand description

Dead-code result helpers exposed through the engine boundary.

Structs§

AnalysisResults
Complete analysis results.
DeadCodeAnalysis
Typed dead-code analysis result.
DeadCodeAnalysisArtifacts
Typed dead-code analysis result with all reusable pipeline artifacts.
DeadCodeAnalysisOutput
Typed dead-code analysis result with retained parser artifacts.
DeadCodeAnalysisWithHashes
Typed dead-code analysis result with per-file source hashes.
DeadCodeScope
The scope of one dead-code run, as the surface resolved it.
FindingIdFilter
A validated --finding-id request: the ids a run reports, in request order.
FindingIdTrace
Evidence for a finding-id answer, collected around the filter stages of one run.
SeveritySource
The rules that give a finding its severity.

Traits§

RuleSeverity
A dead-code finding whose severity comes from the configured rules.

Functions§

analysis_fingerprint
A stable hash of every input, other than the source files, that decides which dead-code findings a run of config reports.
analysis_fingerprint_for_version
analysis_fingerprint for an explicit fallow version.
apply_effective_severities
Write the gate severity onto each dead-code finding in results.
apply_rule_severities
Remove findings whose effective severity is Off from an analysis result.
apply_scope
Narrow dead-code results to the scope of the run.
config_pattern_diagnostics
workspace_diagnostics[] entries for the config patterns that matched nothing in the latest dead-code pass over config.
derive_security_severity
Derive the verification-priority tier from existing security signals. This is ranking only, not a vulnerability verdict.
enable_security_rules
Enable the advisory security rules for a dedicated security-aware surface.
filter_by_changed_files
Scope dead-code results to findings affected by changed files.
filter_configured_ignored_findings
Apply configured source-owned finding exclusions to an analysis result.
filter_to_workspaces
Scope dead-code results to the union of the given workspace roots.
findings_without_severity
The number of gated dead-code findings in results that carry no saved severity, for example in a report from an older version. A renderer then takes their level from the configured rules.
promote_effective_warns
Raise every warn gate severity to error, for --fail-on-issues.
security_catalogue_title
Return the human-readable title for a security catalogue identifier, covering the standalone hardcoded-secret detector that has no catalogue matcher row.
security_finding_id
The stable per-finding correlation id: an FNV-1a hex digest of rule:path:line:col.
security_rule_id
The stable rule identifier for a finding.
stamp_finding_ids
Write a stable finding_id onto every dead-code finding in results.
stamp_missing_finding_ids
Give a finding_id to each dead-code finding that has none, and keep the existing ids.
