Module plugins 

Plugin system for framework-aware codebase analysis.

Plugins read JS, TS and JSON config files with the Oxc parser and walk the AST. They never run JavaScript. Each plugin implements the Plugin trait with static defaults (entry patterns, config file patterns, used exports) and reads config files for entries, dependencies and setup files.
