register_thread_stack

Function register_thread_stack

Source
pub fn register_thread_stack(size: usize)
Expand description

Stack size for threads that run analysis, and the registration that lets a bounded parse stay on such a thread.

A process that runs analysis outside ProgrammaticAnalysisContext::install, such as the LSP server, gives its own threads this stack size and registers it at thread start. Record that the current thread has size bytes of stack, so a bounded parse on it stays on it when the stack is large enough. A process calls this for its main thread. Pool workers from worker_pool_builder do it themselves.
