pub fn configure_global_analysis_pool(threads: usize) -> bool

Build the process-global Rayon pool with the WORKER_STACK_SIZE stack and threads workers. Zero threads selects the Rayon default count, which honors RAYON_NUM_THREADS.

A process that runs analysis outside ProgrammaticAnalysisContext::install calls this once at startup, before any parallel work. Returns false when the global pool already exists or when a worker thread cannot start. Rayon then keeps its default pool.
