Run changed-code audit through typed programmatic runners.

The audit itself is crate::audit_run::run, the same implementation as fallow audit. This function supplies the typed runners and builds the programmatic output.

Errors

Returns a structured error for invalid options, base-ref discovery failures, unsupported CLI-only audit surfaces (including the baseline keys of the audit config section, see AUDIT_CONFIG_BASELINE_UNSUPPORTED), or analysis failures. When the environment, audit.typeAware or typeAware.enabled turns on type-aware analysis that the options leave off, it returns super::TYPE_AWARE_CONFIG_UNSUPPORTED.
