pub fn added_lines<'a>(base: &str, head: &'a str) -> Vec<(u32, &'a str)>

Lines of head that do not occur in base, as (1-based line, text).

Lines compare by trimmed text as a multiset. When head has more copies of a line than base, the last copies count as added. Blank lines never count.
