Expand description
Parses a YYYY-MM-DD date.
A date that does not have that shape, or that names a day the month does
not have, is rejected rather than silently repaired.
§Arguments
&str - The text to parse.
§Returns
Option<(i64, u32, u32)> - The year, the month and the day, or None
when the text is not a valid date.
