Converts a vector to three f32 components, rounding to nearest.

Arguments

• Vector3D - The vector to pack.
• &str - The error message used for a non-finite component.
• &str - The error message used for an f32-overflowing component.

Returns

• Result<[f32; 3], String> - The packed components, or the first rejection reason.
