Formats euv macros, builds WASM, writes HTML, then removes generated glue.
The generated .js, .d.ts, .js.map and snippets/ files are removed
only after the HTML carrying their inlined bootstrap has been written, so a
failed build leaves its artifacts on disk for diagnosis rather than deleting
the evidence and reporting success.
