Ethers Flashbots
Provides an ethers compatible middleware for submitting Flashbots bundles.
In addition to leveraging the standard Ethers middleware API ([send_transaction][ethers_providers::Middleware::send_transaction]),
custom bundles can be crafted, simulated and submitted.
