Engram is an asynchronous two-tier cache.
Values are kept deserialized in an in-memory Moka cache and persisted as serialized blobs in SQLite. L2 rows may be Zstandard-compressed.
Structs§
- Cache
Entry - A cached value returned together with its metadata.
- Cache
Key - A cache key with a caller-controlled, stable schema tag.
- Cache
Metadata - Expiration and source information for a cached value.
- Engram
- A reusable asynchronous cache with Moka memory and SQLite persistence tiers.
Engramis cheap to clone; clones share memory, persistence, and synchronization. - Engram
Builder - Builds an
crate::Engraminstance.
Enums§
- Cache
Tier - The tier that satisfied a cache read.
- Compression
- The encoding used for values written to persistent storage.
- Error
- Failures returned by Engram operations.
- Sqlite
Synchronous - SQLite’s durability/performance trade-off in WAL mode.
