Derive Macro SerializeBuf 

#[derive(SerializeBuf)]

Generates the implementation block for conforming to SerializeBuf of the “vanilla” flavor.

As of now, generic types cannot implement SerializeBuf on stable.

Note

Requires serac to be in scope with that name.
