Module empty 

Implementations of the various traits of embedded-cal that implemnt the empty set of algorithms.

This is useful as a base type: Many layers work as extenders, and thus need a terminator type somewhere at the base of the composite type. In addition, it can be used to simplify code for hardware implementations.

The types are ZST or uninhabited as suitable for the type.
