Module composition 

Composition matrix validation for the pproxy parity model.

Validates docs/parity/composition_matrix.toml — the machine-readable composition graph that maps protocol×role×traffic_kind combinations to capability IDs and evidence.

The composition matrix complements the flat capability manifest by preventing false parity claims: a protocol cannot be claimed as supported merely because one isolated implementation exists.
