Module hybrid 

Geometric hybrid triage + merge (Docling HTTP behind feature = "hybrid"). Hybrid extraction mode — geometric triage + completeness-aware merge.

Native CLI (feature = "hybrid"): also fetches Docling Fast over HTTP. WASM / injected path: call apply_hybrid_injected with host-supplied backend markdown (or None for local-only + Rust OCR).
