Parses edgeR’s method string.

Case-insensitive. TMMwzp is accepted as the old spelling of TMMwsp, as in edgeR.

§Params

  • s - Method name, e.g. "TMM" or "upperquartile"

§Returns

The variant, or None. NormMethod::try_from returns the error instead.
