A place in a popover or dialog where other widgets can put something: the parts the user
attached to this widget in config.toml, each asked with Widget::part.
name says where it is, and your README lists it, like action ids. subject says what it’s
about, as the service names it: an MPRIS bus name, a PulseAudio sink name. A part uses it to
decide whether it has anything to show. A bay no part fills takes no room.
