Module repl 

REPL (Read-Eval-Print Loop) implementation

This module provides an interactive REPL interface with:

• Line editing (arrow keys, history navigation)
• Command history (persistent across sessions)
• Tab completion (future enhancement)
• Colored prompts and error display
