WorkerState

Per-worker QSBR state — cache-line padded to prevent false sharing between workers checking in/out simultaneously.

Statics

GLOBAL_EPOCH

Global QSBR epoch. Daemon increments this every maintenance cycle. Workers store their local epoch on get() entry and reset to 0 on exit, allowing Daemon to safely reclaim stale pointers.
