pub type OutputSignalling = OutputSignaling;👎Deprecated since 0.1.2:
renamed to OutputSignaling
Expand description
The 0.1.0 name of OutputSignaling, kept so code written against it
still builds.
Aliased Type§
pub struct OutputSignalling {
pub colorspace: Option<Colorspace>,
pub hdr_metadata: Option<HdrSourceMetadata>,
pub hdr_downgraded: bool,
}Fields§
§colorspace: Option<Colorspace>The Colorspace to write, or None to leave the property alone.
None when no layer said what it was in. Writing a guess would
override whatever the last client left, which on a connector is
sticky.
hdr_metadata: Option<HdrSourceMetadata>The metadata to publish, or None for no HDR signaling.
hdr_downgraded: boolWhether HDR was called for and could not be carried.
The layers asked for it and the connector cannot: no
HDR_OUTPUT_METADATA, or no max bpc that reaches 10. The metadata
is dropped rather than sent, and this says so – a caller that wants
to tone-map itself, or tell the user, has no other way to find out.
