Renders SQLite DDL statements from the runtime schema types.
TableSql renders CREATE TABLE with all of a table’s columns and
constraints. The entity types also get methods here for single
statements and clauses (add_column_sql, create_index_sql,
to_constraint_sql, …). Identifiers are quoted with backticks; SQL
fragments (types, defaults, expressions) are written as stored.
