Module update 

UPDATE builder states and clause methods.

UpdateBuilder is the builder returned by QueryBuilder::update. Its state parameter only allows steps in SQL order: SET, then FROM, WHERE and RETURNING. Column checks on WHERE and RETURNING happen at the method call: they may only read the updated table and the FROM source.
