Runs a PushPlan, asking for confirmation first when it is destructive and force is false.

ยงErrors

Returns CliError::Aborted if the user declines the confirmation prompt for a destructive plan, and CliError if the prompt itself fails or if executing the planned SQL statements against the database fails.
