pub fn patterns_dir() -> PathBuf

Get the directory containing user-defined patterns.

Returns <config dir>/oo/patterns (~/.config/oo/patterns on Linux, ~/Library/Application Support/oo/patterns on macOS), or OO_CONFIG_DIR/patterns when OO_CONFIG_DIR is set to an absolute path (other values are ignored with a warning).
