GET_INFO response payload (PROTOCOL.md §6.2).
Carries the device’s identity, firmware version, radio type, capability bitmaps, queue depths, frequency range, TX-power range, and optional MCU / radio unique identifiers. All fields are stable for the lifetime of the session; hosts MAY cache the whole struct.
