Bounded WARC 1.0/1.1 web-archive record previews.
WARC records may contain arbitrary HTTP payloads and private metadata. The reader validates record framing and content lengths, then renders only record headers and a bounded HTTP status/MIME summary. Payloads are skipped and no archived URL or embedded resource is opened.
