Bounded Protein Data Bank coordinate previews.

This reader consumes fixed-column ATOM/HETATM coordinates and optional CONECT records from legacy PDB text files. Each MODEL becomes an SVG page; coordinates are projected onto XY and chemical interpretation is deliberately limited to the element labels supplied by the file.
