The video_frames count meaning “every distinct cut” (#647): no cap, no even resampling of a cut-less video (its first frame alone), the scene threshold and de-duplication deciding what a distinct frame is. Any count at or above u32::MAX reads as this on the JSON surfaces, so a binding whose integers are 32-bit (the npm addon) can ask for it.
