Module watch 

Filesystem watcher: debounced notify events on the repo become AppEvent::RepoChanged. Noise sources (the session store, lockfiles, git’s object database) are filtered out so staging or saving a comment does not echo back as a repo change.

Keeps the watcher alive and exposes its health: when notify reports errors the app falls back to periodic polling.

spawn_watcher

Watch the repository and send RepoChanged for relevant debounced events. The recursive root watch already covers an in-tree .git; the explicit HEAD/refs/index watches on the resolved git_dir cover linked worktrees, whose gitdir lives outside the workdir.
