run_rustc_wrapper

Run one rustc invocation and persist its semantic result for the parent DiffKit process. Dependency crates are not intercepted because the parent uses RUSTC_WORKSPACE_WRAPPER, not the broader RUSTC_WRAPPER.

rustc_wrapper_requested

Whether this process was started by Cargo as DiffKit’s rustc workspace wrapper. The binary checks this before parsing user-facing CLI arguments.
