auction

The Dutch auction a deploy slot is bought in, the one shape a spot token, a spot pair and a HIP-3 perp past a dex’s first three all answer. Each round is 31 hours; its price is HYPE and is never refunded.

dexes

perpDeployAuctionStatus: the auction every dex shares for a perp past a dex’s first three. A reserve deployment skips it.

outcomes

Deploying HIP-4 outcome markets.

tokens

Spot deploys in progress: an account’s unfinished token deployments and the token auction (spotDeployState), and the auction for a pair of existing tokens (spotPairDeployAuctionStatus).
