Repository initialization commands.

Functions

cmd_init

Runs scout init. Returns (code, out) like every other command in cli.rs (the run(argv, cwd) -> {code, out} convention documented at the top of that file’s refs/impact/find section).

cmd_init_full

The CLI entry point for init (wired from cli.rs, replacing a direct cmd_init call). Runs the core cmd_init first; on any core failure (nonzero code) returns immediately, unchanged, with NOTHING below this point attempted, so the exit code is nonzero only when the core steps failed. On success, runs the three extra steps (language census, hook install, first map) and appends one status line each, always exiting 0: a failure in any of them is reported on its own line and does not change the exit code or block the other steps (each step is independent – a map failure does not skip the hooks line or vice versa).
