Record a pass, superseding this same pass’s earlier entry.
at identifies the pass, exactly as it does for
Registry::record_prune_progress:
a pass persists after every repository so a crash cannot strand it, and each of those
calls carries the same timestamp and the growing directory list. Matching on at
makes the last one win instead of writing one entry per repository.
Errors are swallowed. The caller has already deleted the directories.
