Passes older than this exist — PRUNE_HISTORY_LIMIT summaries of them are in the
registry — but with four numbers each and no directory list. devp history shows them
anyway, marked, because a machine that has pruned for a year and shows an empty log
reads as data loss rather than as a format that changed.
