ClearOutcome: What devp caches clear <engine> did, measured rather than claimed.
EngineReport: One engine’s entry in the report. Engines that are not installed produce none.
Row: One line of an engine’s own disk-usage report.
StepOutcome: What one reclaim step actually did.

collect: Ask every installed engine, or only the one named.
is_engine: Whether a name is one of them, so caches clear docker can say where to go instead.
known_engines: The engine names devp caches containers <engine> accepts.
print_summary: The one-line-per-engine block devp caches prints under its own table.
run: Run devp caches containers [engine], devp caches docker and devp caches podman.
run_clear: Run devp caches clear <engine>.
