What the banner says the tool is, in one line.
The framing people arrive with is “the node_modules cleaner”. That was fair when
there were four adapters and has been wrong for a long time — and the banner is the
first screen of every interactive command, so it is the cheapest place to correct it.
No count of package managers here on purpose: a number in a banner is a number that
goes stale the next time an adapter lands.
