devp trust prints one of these per executable it owns. It is a lookup by hash and
nothing more: the digest is computed locally, the URL is printed rather than fetched,
and no part of dev-prune ever uploads a file anywhere. The reason it exists is that an
antivirus judges the bytes on the disk in front of it, not the asset on a release
page — so the only hash worth showing someone is the one their own copy has.
