Module walk 

Directory walk and ecosystem routing (FR-001 through FR-004).

Not .gitignore-aware by default (issue #1109): check is a CI security gate over potentially untrusted input, so .gitignore/.ignore are only consulted when crate::cli::CheckArgs::respect_gitignore opts back in. A compiled-in PRUNED_DIRECTORIES denylist still keeps common dependency/build/VCS trees (node_modules, target, vendor, …) out of the scan either way — see walk’s doc.

The result of walking one or more roots.

Whether symlinked manifests and directories are resolved and walked into (issue #1112).
