Calculates the Debye Length $\lambda_D$. $$ \lambda_D = \sqrt{\frac{\epsilon_0 k_B T_e}{n_e e^2}} $$

  • density_n - Electron number density $n_e$ ($m^{-3}$).
  • epsilon_0 - Permittivity of free space.
  • elementary_charge - Charge $e$.
