Encode a cdn/client/v1 StreamRequest frame payload with an optional trailing StreamRequestExt (ADR 005 §Client identity binding, two-phase).

The result is the full frame payload to pass to crate::write_frame: the postcard-encoded ClientMessage::StreamRequest(req) followed, when ext is Some, by the postcard-encoded extension. The receiver recovers req from crate::decode_message and the extension from that call’s returned remainder via parse_stream_request_ext.

§Errors

Propagates a postcard::Error if serialization fails.
