The bundle route of decdn get (decdn:<hash>/ and
decdn:<hash>/<path>): fetch every blob a bundle manifest references, or
the one entry the URI names, into an output directory over the paid
cdn/client/v1 path (issues #391, #2449).
The pull itself is decdn_client::bundle::BundlePuller; this module is
its command line. It resolves the flags and config into the puller’s
inputs, fetches the manifest by its own BLAKE3 hash, keeps the URI’s entry
or applies the --include/--exclude filter and the --select editor,
renders progress, maps Ctrl-C to the puller’s cancel token, and prints the
summary (or the --json report).
