The system text size changed under a running app (iOS Dynamic Type, a desktop’s text
scaling): every text measurement Day holds is stale. Backends call this from the platform’s
notification, once the native text has taken the new size. Day re-measures every node and
re-lays every bound list row, so a content-sized row (docs/list.md “Row heights”) takes its
new height through ListPatch::RowSizeInvalidated. Skipped when the tree is busy or not
installed yet: a tree built after the change measures at the new size anyway.
