Function is_mounted

pub fn is_mounted() -> bool

Whether a tree is installed on this thread, i.e. whether the app has already launched.

The one caller that is not a test is Android’s nativeStart, which an activity recreation can re-enter after the app is already up (docs/settings.md “Appearance on Android”). Everywhere else launch happens exactly once by construction.
