One level of a bucket or prefix, as home-screen rows, up to MAX_LEVEL_ROWS.
Uses a delimited listing, so a bucket holding a million objects under a hundred prefixes costs one request and returns a hundred rows. A recursive listing of the same bucket would be the wrong thing in every dimension: slower, larger, billed by the request, and unreadable on screen.
