Every bucket the provider’s credentials can see.
Enumeration is per-provider because object_store is deliberately bucket-scoped:
it will read and write objects but has no notion of “list the buckets”. Both
implementations below borrow that crate’s credential handling rather than
reimplementing a token exchange or a SigV4 signer, so there is no new cryptography
here and, more importantly, the credentials used to list are the same ones used to
open.
