owned: bool

true, if this BufferView should destroy the underlying Vulkan object, when it is dropped.

device: Device

The Device, from which this BufferView was created.

allocator: Option<Box<Allocator>>

An Allocator compatible with the one used to create this BufferView.

This parameter is ignored, if owned is false.
